Please note that visa applicants must complete the online new application form in the Quick Access on the homepage of the website, online submit, download, print and send them to our center's email pre-review together with other application materials.
3. Due to the Pandemic, the process of approval involves more procedures, no express service will be provided normally. We can neither process the application normally nor provide an accurate processing time. Please leave enough time for the application. If your application has been accepted by our center, you can check the application progress through the Quick Access on our website. The final approval result and the time for collection will be notified separately.
4. Please acknowledge and hereby confirm that the CVASC is not involved in the visa (or authentication) assessment and decision-making process. A client is required to pay the Application Service Fee regardless of approval or disapproval of an application by the Embassies. The Application Service Fee is non-refundable. For information on payment methods and fees, please refer to the Knowledge section on the website. Clients can make inquiries to the CVASC via its website or through the telephone. Clients are required to acknowledge that the Application Centre is a non-governmental organization, and its provision of inquiry services for clients is free and based on its unilateral understanding of clients’ inquiries and the limited information known and mastered by it in order to provide assistance for its clients for their visa (or authentication) applications. No matter what the circumstances are, it cannot be interpreted that the CVASC has made any promise or assurance, nor does it bear any other legal responsibility for the answers to clients’ queries.
