Further Notice on temporary closure of Visa Service Center

Reminder: Due to the epidemic, the time needed for obtaining a Chinese visa may be extended. It is recommended that you start the visa application procedure at least 30 days in advance. You will also need to apply for a certified health declaration form with the Chinese embassy in Belgium before boarding the flight (for details, please refer to http://be.chineseembassy.org/eng/sghd/t1828106.htm). Please arrange your time accordingly.

Upon request of the Chinese Government, the Chinese Visa Application Service Center
Brussels is temporarily closed. Starting from today, we will only provide visa service to certain
applicants who meet the following conditions according to the official website of the Chinese
Embassy in Belgium.

 --  Complete online application form via official website of the Chinese Visa Application Service

  --  Scan all relevant documents (including application form, information page&visa page of
passport and other supporting papers)  and send them to brusselscenter@visaforchina.org for

If approved, an appointment for submitting your visa application in person will be made via email. Please come to the visa center during the appointment time with prepared documents

5. Precautious measurement
  -- All applicants coming to the visa center need to be in compliance with local precautious
measurement of Brussels city

All applicants need to make sure of no contact with Covid-19 patients nor showing relevant
symptoms of Covid-19 within past 14 days

All applicants are request to put on mask and take body temperature at the Chinese Visa
Application Service Center
