(1) Before starting your application, please make sure you have Chrome 45.0  Internet Explorer 10 ,Firefox 42.0 ,Safari 8.0 ,Opera 40.0

(2) In order to preview, print or save your online form, please make sure that you have installed a version of Acrobat Reader with Simplified Chinese Kit.

(3) Please do not use IE's buttons but the "NEXT" or "PREVIOUS" button at the bottom of the page if you want to move forward or backward between pages.

(4) You can save the form in this website at any step by clicking "SAVE" button at the bottom of the page. However, this website can only save your form no more than 90 days.

(5) Please make sure all items are filled out. Incomplete forms will make you unable to go to the next step.

(6) You can click the question mark behind each item for help information which will be found at the right side of the page.


(7) Please read step by step guidance carefully before starting the online application to clear know what kind of visa type you need to apply and what supporting document you need to prepare when you come to apply the visa.
(8) Chinese visa application form includes 8 pages at least.  Please print and sign it after filling the form. Please submit the completed form to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center.



(9) Please ensure that you have uploaded the correct photograph of the person detailed in the application form when filling in the online application. The visa centre will reject any application where the uploaded image is of another person. A new application form with an appropriate photograph will be requested if the application form contains another person's photo. If the online form indicates that the photo is not qualified and cannot be uploaded successfully, please be sure to bring an appropriate photograph to the centre when you come to submit your application.
(10) Please make sure all information is complete, updated and accurate. The form cannot be modified once you click the "CONFIRM & PRINT" button. 
(11) Please make an appointment after finishing filling the online application form. The system will automatically send you a confirmation email. Please print the appointment confirmation time information and show your appointment while you arrive at Brussel Visa Centre. Except humanitarian visa, the visa centre can't accept any application without an appointment. An online appointment must be booked before you come to the Chinese Visa Application Centre to submit your application. If an application form has not been uploaded to the appointment, you will not be able to submit the application on that day and a new appointment will be required for a later date. 
Service, diplomatic and courtesy visa applicants can still fill in an online application form on our website, print out and sign, but will not need to book an appointment with the Visa Application Centre. Instead you will be required to directly to the Chinese Embassy and Consulates in the UK to submit application materials, providing fingerprints and any other biometric information that may be required.
(12) From 10th May 2019 onward, the Chinese Embassy in Belgium will no longer accept old visa application form .
(13) Please note that the online application form does not mean that your visa will be issued by the Chinese Embassy or Consulate-General. The final decision on your visa which is made by the Embassy or Consulate-General might be different from your application.
(14) If you were unable to print the application form or the supporting documents before coming to submit the application, you may do so at the visa centre. Please note that due to the limited availability of computer and printing resources at the centre, you may need to wait in order for some time.  50p per page will be charged. So please prepare enough coins to print your documents (cards and notes will not be accepted).
