PEAK BUSINESS SEASON REMINDER

Recently some applicant have complained that it is difficult to make an appointment online with short notice. The Visa Centre apologises for the inconvenience.

Now it is peak business season. Since May the demands for applying Chinese visa has increased steadily. The Visa Centre has tried its best to make more appointments available through any method at our disposal. 

Here we’d like to remind everyone to make an appointment online as early as possible. If you have booked an appointment successfully, please prepare all the documents before you come to the Visa Centre to shorten your waiting time at the Centre. If you can’t attend the appointment, please cancel it so that other applicants in need can re-use your appointment time slot.

Meanwhile, please leave yourself enough time at the Visa Centre since more applicants are applying due to the peak season, you may need to wait for a longer time.

No appointment is needed if you need to apply for humanitarian purpose, which is only limited to attending a direct family member’s funeral or visiting a direct family member who is in a critical condition at the hospital. A certificate of death, or hospital statement and a proof of relationship are required,and you must apply before 12:00 am.

Once again, the Visa Centre sincerely apologises for any inconvenience that may be caused due to this particular peak business season.
